Sports and Health Science
Course Description

It has been widely acknowledged that both "sports" and "health" are becoming key factors in our daily life, and that they deserve much attention. Should we fail to consider them seriously, we would not be able to lead a happy and healthy life. In our course, students acquire knowledge that is essential for the well-being of human beings, and also skills to uniquely put such knowledge to good use. These are what you can achieve through studying sports and health science, building up experience in fieldwork, and doing research for graduation theses. We aim to train young and active leaders with a high level of specialized knowledge and insight, who are competent to promote a healthy life style in our society.
