This center was established on June 1st 1989, as the comprehensive and core research and educational institute, to ensure high quality to our teacher training programs. We have three sections, the education practice research section, the information technology education, and the clinical education research section, and they are staffed by eight members, the director, specialists in their respective research fields, visiting professors, and an administrator. The center is equipped with a multi-media teaching material laboratory, a classroom teaching research seminar room, and multi-purpose rooms, which are intended for a wide range of educational activities. Our teaching staff members, besides teaching in our undergraduate school, conduct their respective researches such as "a study of improved practical leadership," "a study in information technology-assisted education," and "critical issues in the educational fields" in order to apply the most recent educational theories to practical teaching, thus contributing to the further improvement of teachers' quality. We also host various seminars and workshops on education-related issues.
